Aloha, my name is Karl, and I am studying a Bachelor of Business majoring in Strategic Management and minoring in Finance. I have chosen to do an overseas exchange to Hawaii to attend the University of Hawaii at Mānoa. This is my first time solo travelling abroad which should be interesting but I am looking forward to it. I chose to do a global experience because it would lead to personal growth and a great networking opportunity as well as learn how business is approached in different countries. Apart from obviously Hawaii’s beauty and warm climate, the university drew me in as its business school focuses on international business which is something that interests me.
