Hello, my name is Rachel Craill, and I’m currently in my second year of studying. I’m studying a Bachelor’s of Business and majoring in Human Resource Management, or HRM as it is commonly known. I know several people who have gone through exchange programs at Waikato University, and they were the ones who recommended that I apply myself. One of my reasons for applying for the exchange is that I want to travel when I am older and this was an amazing opportunity to experience a new place.

My reason for selecting Erasmus Rotterdam University in the Netherlands to study at is because it is renowned for having amazing management and business papers. I’m excited to experience their work-integrated learning as it’s different to what I have done before. Another benefit of being in the Netherlands is that it has several close neighbours and I’m looking forward to travelling and exploring while I’m over there!
