Hi there! My name is Jyoti, and I am a 2nd-year student at the University of Waikato, studying a Bachelor of Health with a major in Biomedical Sciences. I currently play football for a club that is based 40 minutes away from Lancaster University, and continuing my studies at Lancaster University was a great option. Lancaster University is ranked among the top 10 universities in the UK and is well-known for its strong academics and its high rates of student satisfaction, both of which are very important to me!

I always wanted to live in the UK and study abroad, so studying at Lancaster University through the Waikato Global Experiences, while continuing to play football, is an awesome opportunity! During my exchange, I hope to make new friends, travel across Europe, experience different cultures and customs, and have lots of fun!
