From Uni to Christmas Break

by Yolanda Mortimer

I have been having a lovely time here in Cardiff over the past few weeks. Since I have settled in it is much easier to feel like a normal student here and get to experience the different styles in how Waikato Uni and Cardiff Uni operate. From classes to Christmas break. Since it is nearly Christmas this means assignments are coming in a lot faster than would usually be happening over in New Zealand, so having to keep working at the end of the year is something that I have to get used to. But it has still been fun, especially as I know all these assignments are getting me closer and closer to the end of my degree!

Thankfully, I have family here in the UK so I shall be going to see them soon for the Christmas break and am very excited about that.
