Hi, I’m Joshua Griffiths, a Bachelor of Social Sciences student majoring in History doing an exchange at the University of Victoria in Victoria Canada. This isn’t my first time abroad but it is my first time in Canada. I chose to go on a global experience through the University of Waikato because I wanted to go and study the history of other countries outside of New Zealand. I chose to go to Canada mainly because it is one of the countries I have always wanted to go to, and I chose the University of Victoria because I found many of its possible history papers interesting and because the university places an emphasis on nature, with a number of walks around campus to do to relax.
